MISSION
Since our inception in 1992, the purpose and objective of the Norwell Education Foundation has been to support educational activities and programs that encourage academic excellence for all students in the Norwell public schools. We aim to inspire educators to create innovative ideas that enrich curriculum and empower educators, students, and the community to bring these ideas to life.

ABOUT US
The Norwell Education Foundation is an independent, non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization, solely funded through private donations. We collaborate with educators and school administrators to provide resources for innovative educational programs, activities, and materials that are not covered by the Norwell School District's operating budget. We strive to inspire creative ideas to enrich education across the Norwell school district.
We work closely with educators to facilitate the development of grant requests. Applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors to ensure alignment with the Norwell Education Foundation's objectives. All funding is obtained through the generous support of the community. We build connections within the community to enable the full funding of innovative grants that enrich the education of all students in the Norwell public schools.
